BIPOC Root Cause Holistic Care

You deserve care that sees the whole you.

For many Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), navigating healthcare can come with experiences of feeling unseen, unheard, or being told that symptoms are simply something to live with. At Elemental Holistic Health, we take a different approach. Your health deserves to be understood in the context of your lived experiences, not treated by symptoms alone.

As a Board Certified BIPOC Root Cause Specialist, our Practitioner provides Holistic Health consultations specifically designed to address the unique health patterns, risk factors, and lived experiences that can affect BIPOC communities.

We look beyond individual symptoms to explore the underlying factors that may contribute to concerns such as hormonal imbalances, painful menstruation, Uterine Fibroids, PCOS, metabolic dysfunction, systemic inflammation, digestive issues, recurrent headaches, fatigue, weight changes, and other chronic health patterns.

Our approach combines Root Cause investigation, patient education, Holistic Wellness strategies, and culturally responsive care to help you better understand your body and become an empowered participant in your health.

You know your body. We help you learn how to listen to it.

We can help you identify patterns, understand your health information, prepare questions for your healthcare providers, and develop individualized wellness strategies that support your goals. This is not about replacing your existing medical care, it's about adding another layer of understanding, for you and your other providers.

When your body is trying to tell you something

What sets us apart isn’t just our process, it’s the intention behind it.

We know that health does not exist in a vacuum. Our environment, genetics, nutrition, caregiver stress, lifestyle, family history, financial barriers, limited access to care, medical bias, systemic healthcare disparities, generational trauma, and lived experiences can all influence how the body functions.

Your symptoms may show up as:

  • Persistent fatigue or low energy

  • Unexplained weight changes or difficulty losing weight

  • Hormonal or menstrual imbalances

  • PCOS symptoms or irregular cycles

  • Headaches brain fog, difficulty concentrating, or mood changes

  • Digestive problems, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea

  • High blood sugar or metabolic concerns

  • High cholesterol or blood pressure concerns

  • Chronic inflammation or unexplained aches and pains

  • Sleep disturbances

  • Skin changes, hair loss, or other changes in appearance

  • Symptoms that continue despite “normal” lab results

  • Feeling generally unwell without a clear explanation

Rather than simply asking, “What disease does this symptom represent?”, we ask:

“What is your body communicating, and what may be driving this pattern?”
