ELEMENTAL ELIXIRS® APOTHECARY: Our Mission is to reduce health disparities by making whole-person wellness and natural interventions more accessible to uninsured, underserved, and marginalized populations, not simply through our products but through education, charitable outreach, and community empowerment.
We are a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working in tandem with Elemental Holistic Health to promote community wellness initiatives, and increase access to low-cost supplements, natural remedies, and wellness resources. This relationship is centered around a shared commitment to uplift our community by helping individuals reconnect to Ancestral Wisdom that can be used to safely promote their long-term wellness.
HOW TO ACCESS APOTHECARY SERVICES: For your safety, an initial consultation is required to establish care before recommending custom-compounds, over-the-counter supplements, or any other herbal interventions. This allows the Practitioner an opportunity to thoroughly review your medical history and current prescription medications to ensure that there are no contraindications, or potential health risks before recommending supplements or other methods of Holistic intervention.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFILL: To request a refill for dietary supplements or custom-compounded Holistic medications, please send a text message to 785-251-8322.
▪️To expedite orders, please include the name(s) and dosage(s) of each Holistic medication or supplement.
▪️Refill requests will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
▪️Pre-orders are required and will be ready for pickup within 7-10 business days.
▪️For orders shipped directly to patients via USPS, a shipping and handling fee of $15.00 will apply per order
Practitioner-Dispensed Formulas
Our herbal, homeopathic, and nutraceutical formulas are custom-prepared and Practitioner-dispensed based on the individual needs of our established patients. Each preparation is compounded, packaged, and dispensed by our local Practitioner upon request and is intended for use as part of an individualized Holistic Wellness plan.
Apothecary services and custom formulations are available exclusively to established patients of Elemental Holistic Health, and are not offered for commercial retail or general over-the-counter purchase.
Because these products are individually prepared and dispensed as part of Practitioner-directed care, they are not mass-produced and are not intended for resale or redistribution. Formulations are provided for the intended patient only, unless directed otherwise and should be used according to the Practitioner’s recommendations and guidance.
